Flame Gun

> Manly Products — admin @ 11:36 am

Shovels are for people who are afraid of doing things the Man Way.

Which would explain why this old ad for removing ice and snow from your walkways and paths with the use of a FLAMETHROWER is not around today.

Flame Gun

C’mon men, step up. Whyy do back-breaking labor when you can do it easier and with FIRE!

Not to mention you could probably grill some steaks after you finish the drive-way.

I say bring back the Flame Gun.

  2. Actually they do still have them. We bought my dad one for christmas a few years back. Got it in a mail order catalog for sears or something. It was only like $30 too - real cheap for what it can do.

  4. Yup. Get rid of that nasty snow. Turn it into something much better - a thin sheet of ice.

  10. I have something better in Calgary…we call it a Chinook.

  11. Once the chinook wind comes in, everything melts. I do like the idea of using that for steaks though! I think I’ll go barbecue now.

  12. As much as I’d love to have one of these things to clear the snow a better solution is to sprinkle rock salt and raise the melting temperature of water/snow. Spreading around a strong concentration of heated salt water also works very well. It’s going to bugger up your plants if you let it spread there so be careful.

  13. Shoveling is for pussys. Back in my day we had to remove the snow with our hands. God damned technology lovers with all their fancy shovels and shit.

  14. They still have these - I got my husband one for Christmas. It’s called an Inferno and is used to burn weeds/brush. He uses it to light our chimenea also.
